Registration
According to Rutenfranz's rules, this event has a tradition of keeping participants together for most of the time. Therefore, even if attendees choose to stay at another hotel (not the hotel venue), lunches will be held collectively and must be included with the 4-day package.
Thus, you can register as either a guest at the Jequitimar Hotel (Conference hotel) or as a non-guest.
Guests of the Jequitimar Hotel have a full board included and will purchase the conference package only.
Non-guests of the Jequitimar Hotel are required to purchase the 4-day package in addition to the conference package to access the Conference venue and partake in lunch with all attendees during the Symposium.

Conference package includes (all participants, regardless the hotel):

3.5 days of conferences (rooms, audiovisual equipments, safety arrangements, etc)

PAYMENT METHODS
Credit card
Registrations made via credit card will only be accepted after payment has been confirmed by the card operator.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
Registration will only be effective after payment confirmation.
PARTICIPANT MATERIAL
We will guarantee congressman material only for those who have pre-registered.
For on-site registrations, first come, first serve and material availability criteria will be followed.
REFUND POLICY
Registration fees will only be refunded upon written request justifying withdrawal, sent to the event's Executive Secretariat via email: ligia@taoassessoria.com.br.
- Until 31/06/2025 – refund of 40% of the amount paid
- Until 30/09/2025 – refund of 20% of the amount paid
- Until 01/10/2025 – 10% refund of the amount paid
- From 02/10/2025 – there are no more refunds
CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS
This is a scientific event that involves the participation of various healthcare professionals and the health products industry. Health regulations in force in Brazil restrict the availability of certain content to specific healthcare professionals. As a result, the Symposium restricts the participation of children and adolescents, with the exception of infants, who, due to their age, are not affected by the available content.
